Membership Terms and Conditions
By becoming a sponsoring member of IPC Alliance, you agree to the following terms and conditions. IPC Alliance is an early-stage startup, and your sponsorship directly supports the development of our organization and mission to create a scalable ecosystem for intellectual property (IP) liquidity. Please read these terms carefully.

-
Use of Sponsorship Funds:
Sponsorship funds will be used primarily to cover administrative, communication, and research-related expenses. These funds are essential to building IPC Alliance from the ground up and help lay the foundation for future projects and initiatives. As a startup, the ability to deliver specific benefits is tied to the funding we receive. -
Recognition and Involvement:
Sponsors will be recognized according to their sponsorship tier on our website, in marketing materials, and communications. Invitations to participate in strategic discussions, events, or research projects will commence once sufficient funds are raised to initiate these activities. -
No Guarantees of Performance:
IPC Alliance is in its early development stages and operates on a best-effort basis. While we strive to provide value to our sponsors, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or benefits at this time. The development of projects and delivery of sponsorship benefits depend on the level of funding we receive and the progress of our organizational efforts. -
Non-Refundable Sponsorships:
Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. Once your sponsorship payment is made, you will retain your sponsorship status for the remainder of the sponsorship year, but no refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances. -
Limitation of Liability:
IPC Alliance is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, non-performance, or failure to deliver any specific benefits outlined in the sponsorship tier. Sponsors acknowledge and accept that contributions are made to support the Alliance’s mission and that performance depends on the funding and resources available. -
Annual Sponsorship and Cancellation:
Sponsorships are valid for one (1) year from the date of payment and can be canceled at any time via our website. However, once paid, sponsorship contributions are non-refundable. After cancellation, you will continue to receive sponsor benefits for the remainder of the sponsorship term. -
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
IPC Alliance reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to sponsors via email or through our website. Continued sponsorship after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.

Your support will directly enable the growth of IPC Alliance, helping us to build an organization capable of delivering on the promise of IP liquidity and global innovation.
While immediate returns may be limited, your sponsorship secures your place in a transformative journey that aims to reshape the future of intellectual property markets.
