Our Journey
At IPC Alliance, our journey began with a vision to create an efficient exchange for IP capital. Acknowledging the failures of previous attempts and the immense complexity of the task, we chose a different approach—focusing on liquidity, the key to functional markets.

Liquidity can be achieved by empowering inventors with systems to transact and exchange their IP or by supporting their technology startups through venture capital.

On the buy-side, corporations and financial institutions require systems to evaluate the opportunity, value, and risk of inventions, enabling the creation of innovative products.

Building an efficient global market exchange for IP capital necessitates a balanced architecture centered on three core foundational elements: sell-side analytics and information tools, buy-side analytics and information tools, and the exchange itself.

We aim to establish IPC Alliance Inc. as a leading entity in patent liquidity, driving industry-wide adoption and setting the standards for IP capital transactions. The alliance will be a global endeavor and we will seek partners in all major IP jurisdictions.
Our purpose is to oversee and manage a portfolio of subsidiaries that collectively aim to develop and implement a comprehensive patent liquidity framework. This framework will enable universities, corporations, financial institutions, and other stakeholders, to efficiently assess, value, and transact intellectual property (IP) assets.
IPC Alliance is responsible for the strategic direction, governance, research and development, intellectual property and financial management of its subsidiaries. The organization has a pathway to transition into a publicly traded company within 5-10 years.​​​​
